After a couple months of ignoring this app, I felt the need to test my trivia knowledge for 5 minutes after a bad round of Jeopardy! That was an awful decision, for the following reasons: 1. The sheer number of ads. The banner ads at the bottom limit the small screen of my iPhone 5 to that of an original iPhone. After every game, every tap, anything, the game has a 5 second ad that tries to fool you into clicking it by pretending its a game. Its disgusting. 2. The bugs. I played this for about 5 minutes, and I was pretty far into a single-player round when the whole screen shifts after a 30 second ad I watched for some sh***y Ellen slot game and Im forced to quit! I spent hundreds of gems on that one game, and an energy bar! >:( 3. It was easy to tell that some people paid their way to the top. I played a game against the "Number One player in Antarctica in March 2016" when the guy lives in America. Also, no one lives in Antarctica, why is that an option at all?! 4. The game wastes space on a "news feed" consisting of children begging for attention in a myspace + facebook esque fashion that makes me want to vomit. This game used to be amazing. Now its an absolute mess. Depressing

This is a really fun game but when I was playing with the 1 person at us states he was always answer 8 seconds late to answer the question but in round 7 bonus he answered 1 second before me and got a higher score I wouldnt be mad about this but we were tied

Super fun game which offers different categories to try your knowledge in. You can play with pple around the world or challenge your friends. Beware though, highly addicting! :D

The best ever

Quizup was once my favorite app to use. Once they began updating the user interface and adding pointless things (looking at you message boards) it became hard to navigate and messy. What once was a fun way to waste time/ interact with different people now has become a glorified social network. The whole point of Quizup was to be a (very well designed) app specifically for trivia, and now it has become a terrible way to see a constant feed of nothing you actually care about. I personally would like to see an option to go back to the original layout/ purpose. Update: As of the newest update (which is hard to say, as they are frequently updating in an attempt to get rid of negative reviews) I am still disappointed. I unfollowed every topic so I didnt have to see a bunch of random posts, but I still have yet to find a list of all the topics. Despite this attempt at getting back to the original app, the ads have now made it impossible to use. Quizup used to be a well designed, user friendly app and now it has become nearly impossible to navigate. If I could give it no stars I would, but unfortunately I dont have this option. I truly hope that something is done in an effort to make this the beautifully designed app it once was. Until then, I have no plans on continuing using it, or recommending it to other people like I once did.

I love the game, but may you guys please add the banners to the memes category? It would help me immeasurably. Thank you.

Wild cards are terrible. Too many times I have played this game and when I was on question 14 lets say I get it correct... Then the wild card comes up with topics I know nothing about, but I have no gems left because they keep doing the same thing. If any developers read this please remove wild cards

This is the best trivia app EVER! There are hundreds of different topics to follow, people to play with, and so many friends to make! THIS IS A MUST DOWNLOAD MUUUUUUSSSSTTTT!!!

Its a game that tests your knowledge and have fun at the same time

It was once my favorite app but then with the updates its getting worse and worse. One of the things I used to like about Quiz Up was the fact that there were not annoying ads... Also back then, the app didnt have the energy bar... In conclusion, Quiz Up was great but with the ads and the energy they screwed up this amazing game :c

There are too many ads. The ads last for a long time. The app crashes often. Social media aspect is silly. Just give us the quizzes.

This is still an awesome app, with the option to finally get rid of ads for good, this is still getting back to shape. As for new things, I wanted you to maybe add the ability to share pictures in private messages. Also, i would like you to enhance the blocking option, because your type of blocking is completely dumb. I want a full block, where they wont be able to see my posts. I dont want to be private any longer. Another suggestion, is there any way we can get an offline mode? I cant find wifi quite often where I am and Im so in love with this game. Since I play with bots all the time, why not? Pair up a person with a bot for offline mode. Yet another suggestion, if a person hasnt played in a while, or like a year or so, can you remove them from the leaderboard? Also, find the time to update more topics, you strand a lot of topics from getting updates and I want an update on my topic. (Selena Gomez) this girl has a new album and I would love to be quizzed over it. Thanks.

I hate those thing because I always lose once I have to play that. The only way I can advance is if I watch an ad or pay with diamonds but those eventually run out. I am trying to play on the topic I picked, not random knowledge I do not know. I can live with the ads but I cant stand those freaken cards. And why should I only play like four times before I have to get "recharged" let me have no life and try to beat myself.
